We want you to be 100% stoked with your gear. If something doesn't hit right — wrong size, wrong vibe, whatever — we've got you covered with a 30-day return & exchange policy.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In original packaging
Final sale items, underwear, and customized products cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack your item(s) securely and drop the package off at the nearest carrier location
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We'll ship out the exchange as soon as we receive your return — no extra shipping charge. Subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged or defective? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out immediately — full refund or replacement, your call.
